So here I am. I’ve let myself go for the past few weeks but I’m going to dedicate my next few months here to my diet. I’ve really let myself go. Junk food for the past 4 nights. Probably around 208-210 pounds. But I’ve got until the end of August. So that’s around 2 months to get my shit together. This week I just want to get acclimated and then start on June 2 which is a Monday. I’m hoping to get down to 180 or so, so 30 pounds in 2 months.
15 pounds per month which is 4 pounds per week. I can manage that. Here’s my plan as far as a diet go. It’s kinda strange but I’m thinking it might work.
10pm Breakfast = Coffee + Cereal
11-3 Library Study
3pm Lunch = Eggs + Bread + Chilli
8pm Dinner = Meat/Fish + Potatos + Chilli + Vegetables + Bread
10pm = Gym for 1-2 hours
Got the idea from old chuckwagon / southwestern meals. Seems like it worked for them. So that’s around 400 calories for breakfast, 600 for lunch, 600 for dinner. Add 200 for additional things like soda or something. That’s around 1800 calories which is good. At the gym I’m hoping to go 5 times a week, at least 1 hour. 600 calories for 5 days. Then on the weekends a nice long walk for 40 minutes, 150 calories for 2 days. Oh yeah no cheat days either. Another thing, Thursday night I’ll be aiming for 1200 calories. So:
2300 – 1800 x 7 = 3500
+ 600 x 5 + 150 x 2 = 3300
Total = 6,800 around 2 pounds
2 months = 8 weeks
16 pounds, so around 190 pounds. So I’m being realistic when I set my goal for 190 pounds. Let’s do this.
